Over time, we have had the opportunity to see more and more reports from people on the effects of this method on their own lives, on their sense of themselves, their sense of being in this life, and it becomes more and more obvious to us that the specific effect of this business of looking at oneself is pretty much unpredictable. There is no direct one-on-one correlation between the diminishment of fearfulness and anxiety within the person and the look of the life as it unfolds and presents itself and as it is seen from both the inside and from the outside.
